My friend has an old iMac and a young kid. He wants them to get friends. Coco is only 18 month, but full of life. My friend is thinking to set up the iMac for her to play with. Do you know of any applications that are designed for the very young?

Babies enjoy the Terminal, and most open-source applications. However, they might get fussy if they try to compile the kernel, and realize it isn't linux.
lol Just kidding of course. Maybe just a spectrum screensaver or something...maybe you could find an app that just makes different collors depending on which key is pressed. Don't know of such an app, but I imagine babies might like it lol

I believe there are some games that react on the webcam-input.. I don't know if your friend has a webcam..
