Throwing this in just for fun. Did this poster for a familymember, for a class she had at the nurse-school shes attending. It's about pregnant women and being overweight and the affect it has on the infants.
Made it by composing lots of different pics I took seperatly.

Small change....
I find it to be a bit heavy in text. I might enlarge the photo's and other objects a bit to help tone down the heavy copy.
I like it a lot.

Nice idea! :D
Did you think about putting the headline on the board as if it was an object as well? Also, I agree with wurx, it's a bit text heavy, maybe adding a color to some of the notes would lighten up the effect as well.

thing is, the text is the only thing I was not allowed to do much with.
it had to be that text, excactly, no color, no bold, except in headlines and such. I had pretty strict rules to follow when making it.
But I do agree, the thing that bugs me the most is the text part. I would have liked it smaller (size wise, not allowed) and less of it.
always fun to work around rules. :)

In this case you made the best out of it!
The belly shot doesn't look
The belly shot doesn't look like it's from an incredibly overweight woman?? And those binkies are way too small in proportion to everything else-- the hospital bracelet may be a bit small as well. Foot print is a bit small too. The baby looks fat though so at least I don't think you're trying to make it look like these are all from a small baby (considering fat chicks have fat babies LOL)?!?! I'm so confused, sorry if I'm completely wrong... but I think foot and binkies definitely need to be bigger in proportion to the u/s picture and post-its.
Shadows
The shadows beneath the notes and pins are quite realistic from what I see. Good job on those.
