I don't think we have the same definition of "concept"...what is this? Actually, answer one wuestion for me: What do you think a concept is?
This is so weak it's killing my buzz.

Kill the grey outline,
Lose the gradient,
Is that a mech's footprint?
Whats the idea that brought you to this 'concept'?
16 billion colours and you choose the one i cant create !??!
OK - Made a quick edit and took down the last image.
version 2
look at the thumb nail on the right of the page and you will see what the problem is here,
Keep it simple,
How about just having 3 or 4 shapes that fit together like a puzzle but they make up the M?
16 billion colours and you choose the one i cant create !??!
Grab your sketch pad and a pencil, head down to a coffee shop and hold up there for an hour or two, sketch sketch sketch with that caffine filled brain and then come back to your computer.
I think that this was put together quickly and it shows.
16 billion colours and you choose the one i cant create !??!
...I'm sorry dude, and I know you're surely working hard on this logo, but you don't seem to be following anybody's advice. This "idea" is pathetic. I think it's a joke, you have no direction, you don't seem to have any sense of design, and it just seems like you're just throwing stuff up (pun intended). This logo looks like it was done by someone who doesn't like this job at all, maybe not design in general, but it really seems to me like this particular contract is nto something you want to do. If I were a client and you had presented any one of these ideas to me I would've thanked you for your services and looked for another designer.

Hmm I'd be interested to see your process book on this one- it seems that you haven't dont enough preliminary research before to got to the logo creation. the font is really dated- and for a company that is based on individual custom solutions- the font says tech and uniform, I'd do some more type studies. The logo itself is too detached and too big from the logo and is very very bland. You need to brainstorm alot more.
I'm really glad I'm still in school- it has become to evident to me that the process in which we create by is soooo important to the development of the final product.
ugh.... what?
this is not a logo. try making the lines stretching off the "M" smaller. I dunno what to tell you.
