Microsoft Excel 2004 - Sent to - Routing option missing (MAC)

I'm not sure if anyone can help me but its worth a try on this forum.

I have Microsoft office 2004 for Mac. Our company is wanting to send excel spreadsheets to routing recipient but my 'file: send to' doesn't have this option.
Can this be done using Mac office?

Below is the email I received from a pc with the excel document attached.

The attached document has a routing slip. When you are done reviewing this document, choose Next Routing Recipient from the Microsoft Office Excel Send To menu on the File menu to return the document to its sender.

If you can't help, can you point me to another forum that may be able to help.

Basically routing slips require a MAPI based email client and despite Microsoft building the program Entourage is not, neither is Apple Mail for that matter.

So basically, you're screwed.

I'd just write back and tell them to act like normal people and use regular email.
