Ésta es buena, pero las necesidades de la flor más trabajo. También, el texto parece desunido del icono.

seems to me this would make a good duotone, if it's not already.

I think it has a proportion issue and you will find that when reduced to a smaller size, your text will be too small, especially the thin font used for the word "Desing" which is almost invisible now at this size.

not knowing much spanish, I have no idea what this logo is for, but I would guess flower arranging or possibly clothes.

Color choices are good though I'd love to see it over a brilliant green or orange background, just for fun ;)

Fonts: simple, and only two choices, good...
thin font in violet...bad...
phonetic symbols...good, nails it down
all lowercase...I'm undecided, I kind of like it, but it feels like somethings missing that I can't quite place.
the chosen fonts are common, good and bad, not very creative but the print shop won't be calling you up at 3 am asking about missing fonts!

creativity: over-all not very creative, there's a lot of flower logos out there, it's also fairly complex visually for a simple logo like this, but also instantly recognizable as a flower so in that, it does it's job

layout and composition: the positioning of the text relative to the flower feels good, although having it in a line and horizontal it's not very exciting... putting momo down the side and desing across the bottom might give it more punch. putting the flower as an adornment on the momo, might be even better.

over all it's a good start but I would definitely play with it more before calling it done.
