#3: I am liking this! Punk penguin. Honestly, I can see a character emerging here, push it further. Lose his foot from behind, and enlarge the front foot. His nose is now less puffin like, but a bit too much eagle like. you need a parrot on his shoulder to complete the scene and compliment the bird theme.

You have to remove the phallic nature of your P
