Morph on the Mac?
sdimbert (68 pencils) | Mon, 2005-05-02 05:10I've got a set of photos that I'd like to morph together. I'd like to select a series of photos and create a quicktime movie showing each one morphing in turn to the next. I remember applications that *used to* do this, but I can't find any for OS X that don't look terrible.
Can anyone recommend one?

The newer versions of iMovie support this feature if I am not mistaken. Don't hold me to it, but worth a shot.

Yes. iMovie would be your best choice. It makes beautiful transitions.
Thanks, but I don't want transitions; I want morph.
You know, turn an old man's photo into a tiger... that sort of thing.
try one of these, unless you've been through macupdate.
Yes... I went through MacUpdate. :(
This is crazy. I know that shareware to do this existed in Mac OS 9... how could none exist in OS X?
I found an application this morning that does this... that runs in OS 7.1! It worked just fine in Classic Mode, except that it took forever to render a morph and, when it did, it sucked.
Other than that, it was just what I wanted.
Anyone know of any other options?

MorphX experiment
I've gotten pretty good results with MorphX
