I like! A bit cramped now, but tasty!
Without my sense of direction, I don't know where I'd be.

Now if that isn't one of the most unique business ideas I've ever heard of.... Crepes delivered by a motorcycle.
Your logo is well done. I like your choice of the circle as a base to further push the bike aspect and shape of crepes, and the font you've selected.
My only comments are the balance of the text. The top seems too open, even though mathematically it is probably dead center. For aesthetic purposes I would bump it up to rest a little higher in the circle.
Take care with the small orange text as it will be obliterated once reduced; even now it's a little tricky to make out.
"Those who dance are thought mad by those who do not hear the music."
"Art -- the one achievement of Man which has made the long trip up from all fours seem well advised." - James Thurber
good point on the centering. optically, things usually look low if they're dead center and more balanced if they're a little higher than center. that's why framers usually put photos above center when matting them.
and i completely agree on the smaller orange text. i really like the logo in general, it completely captures the essence of the business, but my only comment was going to be that the smaller orange text is completely lost in there. maybe moving the main portion up a little will leave a little room to scale up the orange text, even if you have to adjust fonts.
I like this. I can't much read the orange lettering, though.
The other thing that might just be an optical illustion, is that the curvy tail on the "E" at the end of "Crepe" seems thinner than the font itself, like it was added after the fact (I know it was, but perhaps thickening it would make it look a little more natural).

Love it, the only thing I'd add to the others' comments is that the accent on the 'e' of 'crepe' looks just a little accidental - like you just forgot to colour in the gap. Though I'd say that this (and probably the others' comments here) are just perfecting an already damn good logo.
