It's a start, but it still has a lot of flaws. You are oversizing stuff, the buttons, the login bars, the text size, everything is way to big. Costing you a lot of space and it just doesn't look professional enough. Don't overuse the big textblocks. I like the design of the radio maybe look at that for inspiration for the overall design.
Hope I've been of help.

I've really appreciated your feedback,
about the oversized stuff, it was a choice to make the navigation easiest ..
I'll work about your advices.

Nafta:
The top third of your home page is stellar. The colors, shadows and positioning are perfect. Follow that minimalism on the remainder of the page and you're there. It's all subtraction. Users are so accustomed to what to expect on a home page that the "information content" section of the page can be greatly simplified. More white space will allow the words to "Breathe". The accent color is iconic, but the neon green/yellow has to go. It is painful to look at and it overwhelms everything else. It may sharpen the overall look to eliminate the accent color altogether or switch to a more muted color such as gray. Pare it down a bit, let the top third of the page dominate the text beneath it and it will look great. You've got this amazing shadow extending down the page and the shadows are cutoff by text boxes that add nothing. Show the full length of those shadows uninterrupted. Nothing conveys the sophistication of your website more than those shadow/reflections. It's the most compelling feature on the entire page. It should stand out with plenty of white space around it. I'm anxious to see the next iteration.
We're workin on those advices, hope the (minimal)redesign will be online in a week..
Your feedback are always appreciated and handy!
