My blog

This isn't a for profit work or anything, but I'm getting sick of livejournal, and decided to use blogger as a more customizable alternative. Of course, it in no way will become a big blog, nor would I want it to, but I'm wondering what you guys think of the design, as I'm hoping that it will reflect my style, and since it is atached to my portfolio, it should reflect more than just my thoughts.
So far I like it, but it doesn't feel finished to me. any suggestions?

Very nice design, only critism would be the border is a bit thick on the picture.
Really like everything else, its slick, clean , very stylish

Thanks! You're right. I think I agree, a couple pixels smaller would look nice, especially if it matches the border around my picture. I think I want to get rid of the profile though, but I'll have to come up with something to put there instead.

In the "About me" section clicking on "View real size" should do what it promises.
Obviously it's work in progress in the right sidebar, but it already looks very promising. I like the identity you created and followed even in your latest blog project.
Generally, I'd like you to give it another thought if you really want to use blogger. I'd recommend WordPress or other systems. Blogger has limited customization when it comes to commenting. You may regret starting with blogger later on. If you need help let me know!
Oh wow, wordpress looks much better. Yeah, I am going to have to take a closer look at it. I'm not so happy that people have to sign up with blogger to comment, I can only imagine it will hinder conversation.
So you like the logo? I made that last week, I think it deserves a critique of its own. I've had suborior for nearly 4 years and this is the first time I ever felt inpired to come up with a logo for it.

You'll definitely notice you'll hit a wall with Blogger pretty quick. It's very bare bones and to make it do anything flashy is either complicated or not possible. Stuff like showing recent posts or having sub-blogs are a no go. If you go with something with a little more expandability you'll appreciate it down the road.
