Be nice to see a full size screenshot, or a live version of the site if there is one. What I can say from the preview though is that you could use a more unified design and colors... the site is a little scattered looking. The rainbow colored navigation graphics are neat but is there a reason behind them? And I'm not so sure about that header with the trees, it seems a little out of place (with the rest of the design) and overly dominant.
