My two daughters are celebrating their birthday, I have been trying to make their picture more like part of the scroll and for it not to stand out too much but not make it like a background at the same time, please help or any suggestions will be accepted to make the whole thing look better.

This is a great start.
To make the photo appear more apart of the scroll try changing the layer in Photoshop to 'multiple'. [Unfortunately, you'll lose the white in the dresses doing this] You may also need to mask the castle layer behind the kids.
Another option is to drop the 'opacity' on the layer of the children to about 70-80%. This will knock down the intensity of the image and allow some of the background to show through. You'll have to play around to get it just right.
Note: There is a hidden "f" behind the dress of the oldest daughter on the far left.
The typography could be set using in a nice handwritten scroll and needs a few corrections.
[1] "There'll be "a" magic show, games..."
[2] Mom should probably be listed first... "at their Mom and Dad's Castle".
[3] "Wear your best Prince "or" Princess costume and win a prize!"
[4] I'd remove the line "So see ya!" [It doesn't fit]
The first line is also strange with Princes being plural and Princess not. To play off of the theme there should also be some sort of sussession in the names with the brithday girl's being given a little higher ranked.
