Navigating through a full screen PDF

Hey

I've created a 45 page PDF document which is set to open in full screen mode. It has a contents page with links built in so you can choose and click on a section to see it rather than having to go through all the pages just to get to what you want to see.

All the links work fine but i've noticed that when in full screen mode that if you click anywhere on the screen it automatically goes to the next page anyway regardless of weather you are clicking on a pre built link or not.

How can i 'lock' or turn off this ability to go through pages? I only want people to be able to click through the document by using links I created otherwise it could be very confusing as the document was not made for people to be able to just click through pages in consecutive order.

I know that i can turn this off in my preferences ( I think it's called click through navigation or something) but obviously that information is not saved in the actual document ie: if the recipients computer didn't have the same preference setting then i still have the same problem

so can anyone help?
