Need direction

This is round 2 of logos for Team Environmental, my client picked these 3 to continue working on. TEAM is actually the first letter of each member in his family. I did logos for his prior business which was home restoration, now his new business is the "environmental aspect" of that. Asbestos removal, mildew, etc. Im stuck on these logos, everything seems so overdone and generic. I have tried caps on TEAM, but it loses the "organic" look and tends to look like a highschool football logo.
Any suggestions?

I like the direction of the first one the best but it's missing something.

What is the logo of his home restoration business?

nothing really seems to jump out at me from any of them. maybe your term "generic" is part of the problem, i don't know.

the second one has the best typography, and probably the best iconography. i don't think the leaves coming out of the type or the stem between the words really work.

Sorry, but none of these logos say ecological home restoration. They look more oriented towards a team of environmentalists.

I would try using the letters TEAM to form the shape of a house and then have an organic graphic running either through it or on the outskirts of the lettering. OR, cap all off with a roof with an organic chimney...and so forth. Basically, revisit the core theme of their business: asbestos and mildew removal--making the dwelling a safer and better place to live.

I like the third one, but agree you might be a bit too literal, and you're combining the icon with the logotype which I usually don't like.

To start, the obvious image is a house with a leaf in it; but that would be reminiscent of a greenhouse, and really mold which you want to avoid. :)

What if on the 3rd option you had the leaves coming out of the "t" rather than the m? Then they are more prominent. Have them lean to the right.

hmmm.. sudden thought. How about a house that's blooming like a flower...???
