I like the fact that there is an idea in this logo. The colored line represents my hosting space within the server, right?
The kerning between the E and O in NEO feels off. Maybe bring it in a little to give more breathing room between NEO and HOSTING. The Pink feels stronger than the yellow if only because yellow by itself is so much more difficult on the eyes.
