networking for web production/development partners...

i am primarily a graphic designer / video producer / creative director. but i get a lot of requests for web work. though im "competent" in html/css im not nearly as skilled as my clients think i am, or would like me to be.

as a result, it takes me considerable time and considerable effort to meet the workload i get. especially while meeting the deadlines of my core deliverables.

i get a considerable volume of requests for work. and could get MUCH more if i could actually turn the work around in a reasonable time frame - and with current technologies.

im looking for an experienced and proven partner. whether its one person or a stable of people - doesnt matter.

i would like to keep the relationship US based. though im not averse to discussing otherwise...

the work is there. existing projects on the table as we speak.
