New beta site launch

We've just launched a new site, in beta, and are running tests and getting feedback.
The site has a few problems that we know about, slow loading, functional problems etc but as I said it's just a beta at the moment.
There is also a forum for feedback.

neat but kinda blocky.
How well is that text searchable ? I allways wanted to make a full flash site but the text loading and searchdatabase thing confuses me....
