new Finder feature?

tell me i am not going crazy and this button in the top right corner of a Finder window wasn't there before 10.3.8!

I'm fairly certain it wasn't a feature of 10.2.x, but has always been available through 10.3.x.

Mine's still on 10.3.7, and that button is there. It's for people who like their Finder windows plain and buttonless. I'm not one of those people.
