NEW IDENTITY/CARDS

NEW IDENTITY/CARDS

The look is intended to encompasse creative strength with sensitivity to type and simplicity, while standing out with a unique icon. It should show as confident and sturdy. The stationery set will be set in each color...so the recipient could get any color.

Other thoughts or suggestions?

My only comments would be that everything seems shoved at the bottom. Maybe move the logo up a tad and/or decrease the point size of your type with your name, title address, etc.

Also it might be nice to see your email with the other info along with the extension next to the phone number, maybe break the fax to another line, right now it seems a little long.

I especially like the typography and the white space on the top.

I just miss an orange one. ;)

The type is well done. The only major problem I see is that the color burst is too much of a focal point. I can't take my eye off of it, and look at the important information. The only thing to help that is to make the burst smaller.

Or just make the bursts a little bit transparent to go with your "clean" look. :)

I go with Charlie D - reduce the point size on the copy - the white space (Ivan) is as important in the design as any other part - leave it in!!

I think email can be seperated from the rest, but the extension should be with the phone number. I think most business people would overlook it otherwise.

I like the white space! I wouldn't redistribute the elements.

I also wouldn't scale back the burst. It's OK that it's the focal point. In fact, I would say it's a good thing. When that client is flipping through their big stack of cards, it will make it jump out. The contact info is important, but the brand is what it's all about.

It's alright to stand out. But when an element dominates the piece, like the burst, it takes over, and the important info, like the name, is totally lost.

the bursts are too strong... they take control of the piece and dominate... it is a nice graphic, but maybe changing opacity will do the trick.

i would be curious how the logo looks with a spot color. I'm not sure it was the best choice for a logo. Anyway i like the card.
