I just launched this last weekend. I just wanted to get some input, make sure it looked ok. wasn't too crowded, etc. I'm a developer who wishes he was a designer. :)
If you need to see the site full size, it's at http://www.realwebjobs.com

Can't see much wrong with it! I'd only suggest you make your hover states that green color, not that orange.
Hey, how did you get your tag cloud working? I'm researching that right now for asp.net environment. Any ideas?

Seriously, it's a mighty fine design, simple, functional, guaranteed to make all the ladies scream!

We artists are indestructible, even in a prison cell or concentration camp I would be almighty in my own world of art. Even if I had to paint my pictures with my wet tongue on the dusty floor of my cell. - Pablo Picasso
Yea - looks great!
Maybe just nudge 'real companies, real jobs' down a touch off the logo?

I really like this! It's not a "wow, amazing design" type of site, but rather the design is such that you don't notice it. This is really good for a site like this - emphasis on content, and yet the design provides a good atmosphere.
I like it a lot, great job!
