No approved no pay?

Hello guys!

Im doing a calling card design for my client when i finished it, they asked me for revisions. My question is, what if they did not approved after the revision? How can i assure that they cannot use my design?

Thanks.

Regeardless if they approved it or not you should be payed, unless you agreed upfront that it's a pitch.

Always work with a contract that states what happens in this situation up front. Don't ask this question after you've completed the work...

To answer your question, charge them for revisions especially after they've finalised a design. Personally, I consider an invoice open until the job is done. That way you aren't still working on something and not getting paid for it.
