I took a quick look at your design and the first thing that stuck out to me was the word "WILL" spelled "W i I L L". Other than that...is there a reason that there is so much empy space? I don't know the details of the project, but the majority of posters that I see consist of large words so that they are easily read. Perhaps you are trying to get people to take a second look at the design by making the text so small? Just my two cents...

I guess I'll still buy it, since smoking will kill me anyway! — I think you need to work on your wording since it's just not communicating very well.
This subject is very hard. So much great insightful entertaining visually stunning stuff has been done. This one is boring. Sorry, but you asked for it. ;)
