I took a quick look at your design and the first thing that stuck out to me was the word "WILL" spelled "W i I L L". Other than that...is there a reason that there is so much empy space? I don't know the details of the project, but the majority of posters that I see consist of large words so that they are easily read. Perhaps you are trying to get people to take a second look at the design by making the text so small? Just my two cents...

I guess I'll still buy it, since smoking will kill me anyway! — I think you need to work on your wording since it's just not communicating very well.
