A little off topic, but the Norwegian text has several misspelled words and punctuation errors. Might want to fix that up, so it doesn't seem so unprofessional.
Logo details will disappear when shrunk.
But I like the general design. Nice and tidy. Although, be sure to have the law on your side when it comes to certain PS-brushes. I'm pretty sure the smoke brush is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 3.0 License.

Wow you guys are tough. But yes, it would be good to have your own header so we can see what you actually want us to critique. Which part of this so-called "web design" is actually your work, then? What did you do?
I like the concept at all. :)
We can see grid study that could be refined. I don't like the heigh of grey division.
Don't liked the header picture it's so "too much".
