The winner based on the New Zealand lotto results is the user number 165 called scatch. He is a silent and lucky member. I've not seen one comment by him. I've sent him an email already, let's hope he checks in...

If you switch on this option in the international System Prefs;
You get this in your keyboard option menu;
Which gives you this little beauty;
now find the character you want and double click it. The chahracter you wanted will now be inserted wherever the focus is. It's basically Keycaps with massive shiny bells on :)
There is also a keyboard viewer which is exactly the same as Keycaps, but I much prefer Character Palette, it's much more useful.
