OSX to get new user interface with Snow Leopard?
JimD (2617 points) | Wed, 2009-01-14 17:32I certainly hope this rumor turns out to be true, because I hate the multi-interfaces used in OSX.

You found a good way to promote your blog huh?
Jim can promote whatever he wants here. Providing a link to an article you've written, at least in my view, is far from abuse.
Besides, Jim's been a valuable contributer to CB since I can remember.

I agree with Mr. Thornhill. I enjoy Jim's writing and in a world that has become far too busy for my tastes, his tech knowledge keeps me posted on a front I sadly lack in.
If it wasn't for this forum and the contributors herein, I'd be having a tougher go of it. There's a lot of knowledge and assistance here.
Cheers.

It's fascinating seeing how OSX's interface has changed since the original version (in all it's candy-stripe glory).
I definitely welcome 'Marble' and the clarity and consistency it will hopefully bring - though, with more and more applications switching to a HUD style, I wonder how long it will be before we are clamoring for some consistency in HUD elements, their design and use :) (10.7 anyone?)
