Packaging Sales Box Container or Display Box Resources?

I am in the process of creating a media kit that calls for a box much like the boxes that contain VHS tapes.

I haven't found a good packaging or print/design firm that specializes in these containers or sales cases. I will be putting information sheets inside.

Do you know of companies with great samples and excellent quality that I can get in touch with?
