Page/Print duplex Layout

Just received a Xerox Phaser 7760 to offer duplex printing service, in our Photo Lab.
We are used to just Photoshop, and I need to send 2 sided Xmas card designs to the printer ( 2 up on SRA3).
What program could I use to lay out the images, properly lined up to send to printer.
It would be best if I could design in PS, and just drag files to some page layout.
Sorry for lack of basic knowledge in the print world.

I'm no printing expert, but I'd go with InDesign.
