Hi, I'm searching for some help:

I don't have the Pantone to CMYK guide and I need a few color conversions:

PMS 158-C

PMS 185-C

PMS 186-C

PMS 187-C

PMS 209-C

PMS 295-C

I hope that anybody here, that owns the guide, can help me with this...

i don't have my pantone folder here at home... but this site has some guidelines...
