I like certain elements of the design, but I think it is too busy. The checkerboard may be the thing that throws it over the edge.

I like the hat version, maybe make it bigger...break some borders.....

I would try making a different banner, that one looks very "clip art"-ish. A little smoother, with backfaces and a thinckness would be nice.

Also, try some other fonts. Please!

What is it for? For as elaborate as the design elements are, the little images in the center are pretty generic. They don't seem to match.

i like the orange and green one at the bottom right. I'd also like to know what it's for.

They look cool, but I couldn't figure out what they are for. Maybe a sport I don't know... I like the orange green combination the most too.

our 'gang'. it would be a variation of our logo. we do graphics, motion picture editing, art and documentary photography and we also make music... so we play, we do it for fun. the 'guy' with his hand in the pockets may represent the way we do our stuff... let's say easygoing or something like that. the cap is also about to represent that. a style, a way of life we live.

I'm guessing cricket or lacrosse. Dont really know, ad a few items from the sport in the logo.
