Perfect Pitch, Anyone - Part 2

Apparently, in my madness of many moves, I forgot I even had it, and well it's that time again for me to move. (that's a whole other story...)
So, as i was packing, I found the book and immediately thought "oh $__t, i should pass this along again. i'm well overdue on it!"
Anyone interested in receiving it and hopefully moving it along the line faster then I did when they're done with it?
Again, it's a "Perfect Pitch" by Jon Steel.
