The other one was better.

Where are you at career-wise? This looks like you just started school. Don't just type in the letters and think it's a design. You need to put some thought process behind it. Your other one was so basic and straight forward it almost could have fooled some people into believing you were an established business. This is a dead giveaway that you didn't put much effort into it.

Sit down with sketch pad and pen and work through your thoughts. Treat yourself as the client. This is not working at all.
