I like the logotype only as it's on your site. I like the tagline as well. I don't get the circle, you don't need it lose it.
The random circles have to go. Very over used. Just the logotype on the bold orange would look slick!

I like the way it looks on your site a lot better than it looks here. I don't know if its the orange background or what. But, here in the image you posted, the font looks squished down (vertically). And it's really hard to read that gray font on a white background.
I really like the way it looks on your website though, just not in this image.
p.s. whats the orange/gray circle thingy supposed to represent?
I don't like the chosen font, for your website and logo. It makes it hard to read.

I love it, both the logo and the site. I even like the graphic but as a minimalist I have to wonder if it's really necessary. The gray stroke in the stand-alone version makes it difficult to read quickly and the tagline is perhaps too light. Otherwise, nice work.
The logo looks great except for two things:
1. Make only one circle orange in the icon to go with your tagline
2. Your logo is too horizontal and won't size well in smaller applications. Make it more square so it works at all sizes.
