Resizing Aliased Images

Pixel art such as icons can be enlarged by choosing Image: Image Size and then select Nearest Neighbor as the resampling method. This will preserve the aliasing and avoid giving you a blury mess. Now if only I could find an example of a pixel art logo...

I just finished working on a pixel-art logo, and even when I told photoshop to use the nearest neighbor it screwed up. To get around that, I just used Illustrator to recreate my pixel-art using 1px boxes and aligning everything to a 1px grid. Worked like a charm, and now I have a compltely vector based pixel-art logo.
