If you need a logo for your company or product you can get it done with us.
In our logo store you can pick from over 28,000 pre-made logos that will be customized to your name for free or you can post a contest for us for just $250 and our designers from all over the world will submit dozens of logo design suggestions to your specific needs.
Although a good strong logo would and should work on any colour background, please post onto white background and also in grey scale. This background has made the edges and gradients look awful.
Some good elements here, but some bad ones too. The elements don't work together well, and seem just thrown together.
Lose the shadow / line below the pixastudio text for a start. Rework the shapes on the main graphical device - maybe using a better colour range - considering youre going full colour.
Overall, I think that it looks like an off the shelf / generic logo which has been poorly executed.

the overlapping color planes seem haphazard. which could be defended as "fun" IF it was visually appealing. but this just isnt. just looks like a random blob.
the logotype handling is pleasant though. i say reduce it inside the box. get rid of the trendy and way overused shadow and work from there forward.
thanks so much:)
make something with the center... it is so boring
I can see two different logos inside.
choose one.
yes I'm brazilian xD
It reminds me of a Simon game.
I am just reminded of post-its. Not sure if that was what you were going for?
I agree with the above; the middle negative shape seems ignored...
Could a 'p' appear in the middle?
I think the shape of Pixastudio distracts from the mark... the focus should be left to the mark.
