It's not that these are necessarily bad, but none of them are memorable. They are all very generic and when looking at them, no company or company-type comes to mind.
Maybe answering some questions like these will help spark the image that this company wants to represent themselves with.
There are hundreds of finance companies. What makes this one different?
The bottom one. It reflects a global maket and I like the play of CP above it.
Just watch as you reduce the size of the logo as you run the risk of having the two base words become illegible.

#3 has the most possibilities. However, having the shield mark face downwards, as if it were to fall upon itself, doesn't work on several levels. Good first show on all marks. Looking forward to round two.
1) Is very good and might/could be even better. I like this theme a lot however I see the positive space dominating the negative space in the mark too much. I'd like to see more play between the white/black. Fixing that will make the 'c' bigger and since you have a very distinctive 'c' in the shield, wouldn't it be stronger to echo the same typeface for 'centinela'?
Once the mark is hammered down (and it's so close now), I'd like to see the typeface be every bit as distinct and well-crafted as the mark itself. I know you are in early rounds but I'm not feeling the typeface is enjoying the same level of craftsmanship and I really want to.
I give you a suggestion if you don't mind 4th option has some potential in my opinion. just reverse the second half circle in centre. see what happens.
I like 4 & 5 very much as well but I think the shield is a stronger concept for its symbol of strength and protection. The idea of the finance company as the clients 'shield bearer' is very compelling as many mythological heros had a shield bearer (usually a trusted friend), who would guard and protect the hero as he did battle.
In the world of finance, I think the analogy would carry over very nicely.
Wow, such great responds. Thanks so much. I will keep the symbol in number 5 as one of the final choice. I personally really like it. As for now, this is the re-work of the shield. I tweaked it a bit to mimic the key hole.
As far of the company, they want to promote safety and confident when doing investment with them.
First off, I would like to thanks all of you who have participated in my previous post for Centinella logo. This is the following up post. The world “Centinela” means “guard”, client like a shield or perhaps a symbol to protrait trust, confident. So I stick with 2 of my old design (I know some of you did not like them) and made a new one out of a trojan head. I have one more version that I’m working on and I will post on here as soon as I finish. So here it is agian. Thanks you guys. http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q223/sydoan/centinela_2-1.jpg

#3 is the most interesting, but i don't know what the logomark really means in context.

I'd recommend using the shield in #3 but not pointed downwards.
