I gave it a quick look-see the other day. It offers the same interface as Toast which makes it so easy a total n00b could use it. I haven't tried copying a store-bought DVD yet, but it sounds promising!

you just need MacTheRipper! :)
Mac the ripper is good.
It can backup DVD with .vob.
You can also use mac the ripper to convert dvd to iPod, iPhone, etc.
