I would like to know what you think about the design of POPPEIMAGES™ at http://www.poppe-images.com ? We are aiming for a clean, simple and easy to navigate website. Do you think we have achieved that criterias?

I really like the over all feel and look. the photo stacks look great! If anything, I'd ad a little more definition to the seperate sections. It seems alright right now, but I would play with some means of seperating each section via a different background color or more prominent dividers. At least I'd prefer the header to be more defined.
Again, I think it looks great as is, and I wouldn't really kn ow if these ideas work without trying because it doesn't seem like an obvious problem

I think it works great. The only things I would relook:
1. The user panel on the top right is a bit too bold.
2. Do you really need the option to have images with frame or no frame? I think it just adds to the already numerous options and switches. Loose it.
3. Footer is too bold and big. Make it much smaller.
You could really use some more line-spacing in some areas - especially the paragraph under "THE IMAGES". It appears to be set solid. For some reason there is line-spacing in your screenshot though - it looks much better there.
To me, it doesn't make sense that the search area also contains the theme and text size widgets
Other than that I think it look pretty nice.
I think it looks great, one thing I would try and use a light color background on the right column see if that separates the site sections mabey better.
kidtone made a good point, worth considering. I really like the look and feel of the site. I'd feel right at home here using it for the first time. Job well done!

I'm getting a black background for the site!
It doesn't look well and is pretty hard to read..
at the top there is a theme change between the 2. the white is much better than the black which came up by default for me too.
Thank you for all the comments and suggestions, guys. It is very helpful. We will try to get into it. I'll keep you all posted when we will have some changes done.
