Need to ask you mate, what is Bulldog like? Their service and customer support.

mijlee's picture
502 pencils

So far (18 months) I have had no need to contact customer service (which I guess is a good thing), but have heard that it was worse than rubbish. They sent out a letter to all customers recently appolgising for the problems with support and promised that they would be fixed quickly. I think they didn't account for how quickly the business would grow.

The reason I went with them initially was because there was no phone line in my new flat and BT were trying to rip me off for putting one in. Bulldog just worked out cheaper over all.
