I really like your color choices. Your overall concept is nice, but there are some things I don't understand. The word "empress" signifys a female ruler, thus, the assumed male fists creation confusion. What do they mean to the concept? I also feel if you're going to use the word "DESIGN" are your foundation for the diagonal text, then I would suggest either making "unification" horizontal so it doesn't read to someone "SUNIFICATION". I also don't read the text in any hierarchy...everything is is pretty much the same size...what word starts it? I really love what you did with the text on the right corner, although the "T" in title reads a little funny.

the colors suit together nicely. i would work the fists though. they seem a bit dull. maybe if you tried tracing them and making into vector art?
i don't get the logic of laying the text out like that it the upper right corner.. plus its hard to read out whats written there

empressid.com box is floating in space for no reason, I'd try to find a better way to put that on there. What does the shape (crossword puzzle style) of the text to the right for? Why is it like that? I think it's clever and looks nice, but not sure it goes well with the rest...
