Postcard One

The idea here is to send each client 3 very different postcards to show our ability to concept fresh ideas. This is postcard 1. All postcards would be received by clients on the same day.

What I really like about this one is your use of color, very nice. The overall concept is nice as well. I would make some changes in the execution of this concept though.
I don't think you need to number your items, they don't need it and they're not in any particular hierarchy of importance. I also think the red lines with the dots don't work for me. I actually don't think you need to label the compartments of the toolbox. It's a pretty large toolbox implying you all do a lot of different things. Rather than label them, I would just list them across the bottom or let the shape of the tool box lend itself to some nice typography (ie - the text on the top right of your fist version).
