nized here... this was directed to students in a local university...

I really like the design and color palette. But, I think the typeface used for the body copy on the bottom left (in black) doesn't match the rest of the design. It just looks weird. Maybe too many fonts are being used?
The over organization of the text contrasts a little too much with the roughness of the other design elements. I'd stay away from justified text in this case, but otherwise a great idea. Can you just have one title sized font at top? It's hard to tell what the poster is for...

I would lose the drop shadows or tighten them up. Also, it seems pretty busy to me.
