Printing with Photoshop: Best Practices
Ivan | Mon, 2009-04-13 17:17The real challenge in printing is to accurately match your printer colors to the image colors. A print image may not accurately match the color of the image as displayed on your monitor, but it may if you follow the three key steps of Color Management:
- Calibrate and profile your monitor.
- Set up an image “Color Space”.
- Configure your printer driver for the print.
Users need to follow these steps for color management in order for their monitor and printer images to match as closely as the laws of physics allow.

All this calibrate, color space, configure..... Just too much work!
Vista knows what color your stuff is! Just print and accept what it shows!
