Project logo For Carbon

I'm going to the school for Graphic design. I started a few mouths back and I'm working on a project logo for class. I would like some feed back on one of the logo pages I have for this project. I would like to know if any of the logo are stronger then the others and over all help me pick one? Any ideas or comment on the page on any of the logos. Feel free to say what you think I'm not a cry baby
plus my teacher is hard core on thing like this.
