Project Manager/Gantt Charts
betzi (22 pencils) | Tue, 2008-01-08 03:31I'm after a Project Manager/Timeline software program which can work on both Mac & PC Platforms.
We need to manage projects from Marketing/Product Development all the way through to production with everyone from Marketing to operations to access, follow timelines, make comments etc
I've just seen Microsoft are bringing out office 2008 for Mac this month (about time for us Mac users)... not totally sure what this will bring.

Have you tried Basecamp? It's an online solution.

We've been using Basecamp since launch with great success. No Gantt charts, but it's all integrated.
Good stuff.

take a look at Intervals (www.myintervals.com). We'have been using at my firm for over 2 years. A web-based tool (pc&mac) for project management, time tracking, billing, document upload, comments, invoices, etc. You can streamline the teams and their projects and organize and assign tasks. I think it's very intuitive and easy to use. They will add the gantt charts soon i believe. But they do have many ways to analyze the data and run quite a number of reports, very useful stuff.
hope this helps. I think here you can take a tour of it (http://www.myintervals.com/tour.php)
cheers!
