Lovely. But is this for real?
The name, the tag all were the clients doing. My part was the logo design. Against my wishes, the client added the little leaf to the right. I felt it interrupted the backwards flow of the design...your thoughts?
I like it, regardless of the leaf being on the right and in the middle. It doesn't seem to interrupt the flow of the design and it seems to convey the message quite well. I like it. Good job!

however, if bouncing back is the idea, then why is it fading out?
i understand you tried to break up the backwards flow of the design, but the average person won't see it that way. it really does look as though things are fading out as you read the word, which seems extremely contrary to the name...
just my $0.02...

What if I were to reverse the gradient...would that make the logo suggest stregthening? Thanks for the very good and constructive critique. It's amazing what one can miss in the heaat of battle.
