PS: editing shapes

Maybe I just forgot how to do it, but I just can't transform a shape using absolut values. Is there a way to change the relative width/hight values in the free transform toolbar to absolut values so I can can just punch in 100 px height for example.

cheers

Is this what you are looking for? I right clicked in the box on the properties toolbar to get the other options.

That menu is just showing what measurement method is being used.

Well, this is the properties of the free transform tools. the symbol I have circled shows that these are the scale properties. If I change them to pixels and insert a new value, the objects scales for me. Maybe I don't understand the question.

I guess this isn't exactly right. When I enter a new value it scales it as a percentage, even after I change it to pixels. I am not sure why, you would think photoshop could do the math for you.
