Looks like Quark is at it again. They have re-re-branded, moving away from the logo that was criticized so much.

Interesting turn in the story. Anyway I guess they are being slashdotted :)

er ErrorThe server encountered an internal error and was unable to completecompletecomple.

Judging from their new favicon they adopted another swirl icon that is even more generic than their previous logo. But, I reserve my final judgement till I see a bit bigger version of the new logo.

Interesting turn of events. Heh, it does bare slight resemblance to the SE logo but not as much as their previous one did to the Scottish Arts Council and others, the shape being pretty common. Although, similarities to their last one aside, I like this new logo less. Or at least, I hate that bevel thing they have. Needs to be a flat color like the previous one.

Whatever... :)

Methinks Quark has much more to worry about than just their corporate identity.

funny thing

I find the funny part about the rebranding is the odd timing of the original one. They did it mid-product cycle, so their software didn't even reflect the new branding when they made the big deal about the new look. At least this time they are actually peddling a new version(released or not).
