Just found this new app on the internet.
It's a iTunes controler (simular to synergy), it's free and has a nice iPod Shuffle look to it.
It's still a beta ... but on the web it says version 1.0 is close by.
It's also cool caus' it's icelandic!! ;)

you can control iTunes, without opening the player. shortcuts that work in all programs, anywhere, always.
Also, it has a nifty small controller thingy, so you don't have to have the player open (you can hide it).
it also has a cover-art window
