Range of Packaging for Sierra Rica
G3Creative (7 pencils) | Wed, 2010-07-14 08:43One of our Spanish client's asked the pack design team at G3 Creative to design a set of packaging for the new range of Organic Tapas they wanted to market in Europe. The new design's features simple line illustrations and vibrant Mediterranean colours that all adds to the authentic Spanish flavour. Please feel free to let us know what you think.

as scrawny said, it's interesting, but... a bit lackluster. almost like a generic brand. i don't know if that would stand out much on a shelf.
I love it. Agree'd though if there was any improvement would only be Heirachy, make something stand out more, or maybe put the text on the bottom?
Not sure, could look worse. I think you are safe to go with this one as it's beautiful and I would buy it! :D

i like! i wish i could see them closer up tho - cant really tell about the font choice... love the simplicity of it tho - ur definitely in the right direction!!!
yes there ARE other ways to make it a cool collection using only one color for each one.
that shapes are weak. there is one package without illustration, no definetely this is the big fault.
if you have an opportunity to make them more artistic, more powerful for consumers eyes than take help from illustrators, ok?
yes I'm brazilian xD
+1 on what these folks are already saying - this design will disappear on a store shelf. Now the homey, understated look is good for attracting the tree hugger-types who will probably be interested in organic food - so maybe this can work.
The bigger problem imho? The extra wrapper. You have jars with labels that - I'm sure - have all the info that's on the extra outside wrapper. So the extra wrapper is for what? Aesthetics... no? But you forgot your market... the tree huggers. Are they going to be happy about you cutting down extra trees just to make their organic food packaging look better? I sincerely doubt it, my friend.
