Create a detailed contract that spells out exactly what you'll do for a certain price. If changes are made that go beyond the scope of the contract, spell out what you'll do then.
I'll either work by the hour at my regular design rate, or contact the client and propose an additional project rate.
Thanks for the reply... what if the client force you to minimize your price, how many percent you can give? anyway great works you have spigot.

This is a tough issue. You have to make them understand that you are working more than expected.
I think some client always ask you for a discount for the project, if the client ask you a discount how many percent that you can give?

Give them 5%.
1. You should try and keep the client happy. If you feel you can give a discount and still be making money on the project, then do so.
2. You should keep yourself happy. If the client wants to pay so little that it's hardly worth your time, then tell them you can't do it for less. Even if you lose the job.
I'd personally put more emphasis on keeping the client happy. Quality service goes far, and even if this client doesn't put out the good word on you, someday, someone will. Set standards for yourself, and you'll do fine in the long run.
A client can't force you to do anything. If they want you to do something that is totally out of line and falls outside the contract then you should ask for more but try to accommodate them if it is easy enough just do it for them. On the other hand if they are refusing to pay you and they want work done then you have to make a decision if it is worth it or not. Also, keep in mind that most designers figure in 3 rounds per project.
